Our company was founded in 1987 when Kari J. Laine, an attorney at law, opened an office in Lappeenranta. The company was expanded in 2014, when Jouni Nikkanen and Jussi Luukko, also attorneys at law, became partners. The office is one of the largest in southeastern Finland and specialises in legal services provided to companies, entrepreneurs, and public entities.

We employ four lawyers. Our offices are located in Lappeenranta and Imatra, but we offer expert business law services to clients throughout Finland.
