Jussi Luukko
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Mr. Luukko assists small and medium-sized companies operating in various sectors extensively in contractual and dispute matters, as well as in matters related to administrative and tax law.
In addition to being an expert in business economics, contract law, and real estate matters, Jussi Luukko is a qualified notary public. He also acts as an administrator of bankruptcy estates and an administrator in restructuring proceedings.
The assignments that Mr. Luukko manages for private clients mainly concern disputes related to real estate transactions and family law matters. Mr. Luukko also assists clients in judicial proceedings, especially in crimes related to business activities, such as financial and economic crimes and environmental crimes.
Mr. Luukko has previously worked in law firms and in the financing sector with corporate clients and risk management, which has also provided experience in corporate financing, accounting, and judicial questions related to financing.
