4. Purpose of personal data processing
The purpose of personal data processing is the management of customer assignments, the management and development of customer relationships, and customer communications. The purpose of personal data processing is also to fulfil the requirements laid down in the Finnish Bar Association’s Code of Good Practice and in the Advocates Act (496/1958) as regards interests and disqualification.
Marketing, including direct marketing, is only implemented subject to a consent of the data subject.
The office will only collect sensitive data when this is deemed to be necessary to prepare a legal document, to prepare or present a legal claim or to defend against a legal claim during judicial or administrative proceedings, or outside them.

6. Regular sources of information
The regular sources of the information contained in the data file include the data subjects themselves and various kinds of directories, registers, and other public sources of information, such as the population information system and credit registers. Laine Nikkanen Luukko Attorneys Ltd can also acquire the basic information contained in the data file and to update related services from companies and authorities that provide the said information.
7. Regular disclosure of information
Laine Nikkanen Luukko Attorneys Ltd can disclose the information within the boundaries of valid legislation and good legal practice. Information is not regularly disclosed to third parties.
